गाय

प्रस्तुत शीर्षक कविता "गाय" उन व्यक्तियों को लेके लिखी गई है जो भारतीय लोकत्रंत व समाज  के काले दर्द से रूबरू है और इस कदर हिम्मत हार चुके है कि वो अब कोई भी प्रयास इस दर्द से छुटकारा पाने के लिए नहीं कर रहें हैं | यह कविता २०/०४/२००३ को लिखी गयी थी |

गाय

गाय

वह गाय

बेबस गाय

गर्दन झटक रही है बार-बार

अपने पाँव पर बैठी 

जालिम मक्खियों ko

भगाने के लिए

जो उसके जख्म को

करती जा रही है गहरा और गहरा

गाय की कोशिश पर

इठलाती मक्खियाँ

फिर वहां पर बैठ जाती

क्योंकि उन्हें पता है कि

यह सीधी गाय बेबस है

कल भी बेबस थी 

आज भी बेबस है

और कल भी बेबस रहेगी 

वह दर्द से तडपती गाय!

पर खामोश गाय

कब से उस जख्म को 

लेकर बैठी है

और आज वह उस पीड़ा कि 

इसतरह आदी हो चुकी है कि 

हज़ार मखियों और भी आ जाए 

पर वह अपने पाँव नहीं हिलाएगी 

गर्दन भी नहीं झटकेगी अब 

क्योंकि उस कायर गाय ने 

उस कायर गाय ने

इसे भाग्य का लेखा जो मान लिया है |

Dear friends!

I am again on blog after a long and very long time.
why?

There is some reason behind this. First reason is i am in dark about my vision. one side i want to go in politics and other side i want to clear my ca and take the family responsibility and one side more is this i want to go for varaigya means total disassociation from this physical world.

One more reason is my ca final exam which completed on this 22th November. But due to accident i didn't appear in 3rd and 4th paper of first group.

If i see my past 6 months, very interesting is it. how?

First i join a group for the purpose of protesting the govt. decision to allow cast counting in Census 2011 where we failed to achieve our goal.

For Analysis of the decision, i only find the cause behind this that seniors in our group want to protest but their priorities is something else which demotivate us and reduces our efforts to achieve this goal.

After this i am concentrating on my exam. Suddenly one friends tell me about DSN course of Art of living , which costing Rs. 4000/-. This amount is hard to spent for me but due to the blessings of Guruji i joined the course. I got lots of energy, positiveness and commitment after doing this course. But again my confusion about which i discussed earlier in this post, is not remove. Also my exam is on head. Due to the Yamuna floods in delhi and fever&Cold, i am in great trouble (Because i lived at near Bank of Yamuna). My study preparation is not going well. My spiritual thoughts also raised my disinterest in study but the real and real goodness is i am not in any tension.

Again on 1st November Guruji came in delhi and in public meeting at Vasant Kunj i asked to guruji about confusion. They simply say "Do your study, take family responsibility, got the stage of entering in politics and the come at Ashram". And my confusion is gone and path is clear. I was just saying "Jai Gurudev".

One changes also comes in my life now i know how to celebrate every festival, every event, every date and every moment. Just due to the Kripa of Guruji.

After the date on which i met guruji, I am doing study as well as celebrate the great festival of Diwali and Chhath and also Bhai-Duj, Goverdhan Puja and Sama Chakeva (it is festival of brother-sisiter celebrated in Bihar).

On 10 November, the day of exam of Paper II, i met accident and didn't appear in III and IV exam. I am alos not in situation of appearing in other paper of second group. But due to the blessing of Guruji my commitment  and positive energy level brings to succeed me appear in all paper of second group.

Now i just want to do Sadhna daily and Seva as maximum possible by 100% committment. Guruji May  Just blessed me for this.

So dear friends join Art of Living basic course as well as other course after this.

Just Do DSN Course after Basic course

Jai Gurudev,

I want to sharing  a great experience with all of you. I was done basic course of Art of Living in September 2008, i feel a great experience but what a mistake made by me that i don't do the advance or DSN course after that. Now i done the DSN course recently 23-26 Sept 2010.

After doing this course I am regret for not doing this earlier.

So I want to say to all AoL followers who done the Basic course already, please do DSN course without loosing any time. And those people who don't do Basic Course of Art of Living, Just do it without loosing any moment.

In this Mansoon season government are coming with two bills :-
1.  Nuclear liability bill
2.  BRAI Bill
                               
1.  Nuclear liability bill:-

In Nuclear liability bill, we want to unlimited liability for operators in the light of Bhopal Tragedy, which is justified. The Committee has accepted some of the changes suggested by Greenpeace, but has ignored unlimited liability. In its current form the bill limits the liability for operator of the nuclear facility and if the impacts of a nuclear accident cross it, then the Indian tax payers will be footing the bill.


Nuclear is risky and the Government should exercise highest caution. The Prime Minister, keen on clearing this bill, needs to know that we want unlimited liability.

Can you write to PM Manmohan Singh asking him to incorporate unlimited liability in the bill?

2.  BRAI Bill


The Biotechnology Regulatory Authority of India (BRAI) bill has been approved by the Cabinet and will be tabled in the Parliament soon.

The BRAI bill will clear genetically modified (GM) crops overriding the concerns raised by the general public and state governments against GM food. The Cabinet cleared this bill in a hurried and hushed fashion, denying people a chance to voice their opinion.

But there is a way to change this bill. Sonia Gandhi, Chairperson of the National Advisory Council (NAC) can force the Government to re-draft the bill with suggestions from the public. It has been done before and can happen again if the opposition to the bill in its current form is known.

Can you sign the open letter to Sonia Gandhi asking the NAC to make the Government consult people before tabling the bill?

Don't Say Your Caste in Census Counting

We want to say sorry to general public that our protest is not too loud to hear this deaf government. Yesterday GoMs clear the proposal of " Caste based census counting " and give fuel to cast based politics. A lots of people are also agree with this concept.


I am sorry to say them but they must be rethink on this issue because the telling causes behind this issue is not real but they send back our country to 150 years back, when English govt. started to practice this impossible work just to divide us. And the darkest side of the story is that it all happened on the great occasion of 64th anniversary of  our Independence day.

But we don't break we will fight. We need to support from every corner. Now government passed the proposal and as per proposal citizens have to asked their caste on the time of biometric record personally. But due to the our protest and protest from other corner government give the option of claiming ourself as "Castless". I want to say all of you please claim yourselves as "Hindustani" as your caste or otherwise claim yourself "castless"  in the national interest. If you all do this then you see that purpose of political parties are defeated. Because whatever they say, there real objective is to know the number of people cast-wise in each Panchayat, Assembly, Constituency and State for the purpose of doing castbased politics.

My dear friends our motive is nothing but just to try to build a society who aware and take responsibility to bring change rather than only complaining.

पाशविक शक्तियों के सामने,

झुकता मानवता का स्वर

तीनों बड़े आतंकवादी हैं,

 ईर्ष्या - द्वेष व लोभ |

इन्हें किसी ने नहीं पहचाना

दिलों में बसाया इसे सबों ने

इसलिए सब  आतंकवादी हैं |

स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर exam की मारा-मारी के बाबजूद मन बात करने से अपने आपको रोक नहीं पा रहा है | अभी गत दिनों 'सबल भारत' के कार्यक्रमों में सक्रिय भागीदारी के दौरान मेरी मुलाकात श्री अशोक जी से हुई | उन्होंने मुझे गाँधी जी की पुस्तक 'हिंद-स्वराज' पढने के लिए कहा |


विचारणीय तथ्य यह है की इस पुस्तक के पढने से पहले बापू के प्रति में ज्यादा समर्पित भावना नहीं रखता था और देश की विभाजन और अन्य तथ्यों के लिए उन्हें जिम्मेद्दार मानता था | ऐसा होना  स्वाभाविक भी था क्योंकि  ये सरे विचार सुनी-सुनाई बैटन पर आधारित थी |

नसीब की बात थी की श्री अशोक जी से वार्ता-लाप के कुछ दिनों बाद दिल्ली पब्लिक पुस्तकालय में उक्त पुस्तक, जो की बिलकुल नई-२ आई थी, मुझे मिली | ७८ पेजों की यह पुस्तक बापू ने १९०१ में लिखी थी और वो भारत का कैसा स्वराज चाहते थे यह एक बड़े ही अनोखे अंदाज में बताया था | पुस्तक पढने से पहली बार में बापू के वास्तविक सोच से अवगत हुआ और मैंने अपने-आप में बापू के प्रति  अपने पूर्व-विचारों के लिए ग्लानी महसूस की |

आखिर क्या था इस पुस्तक में !

पुस्तक में था एक दूरदर्शी सोच, जो की हमारे आज के नेतृत्व में बिलकुल नहीं है | और जब में आज को देखता हूँ तो मुझे एहसास होता है वो कितने सही थे | सबसे पहले उन्होंने अंग्रेजों को नहीं उनकी सभ्यता को खतरनाक बताया और साफ-साफ उन्होंने लिखा की अंग्रेजी सभ्यता किस हद तक खतरनाक है | उन्होंने कहा की " हमें कोई आपत्ति  नहीं है, आप हम पर बेशक  राज करें लेकिन आपको हिन्दुस्तानी सभ्यता में अपने आपको ढालना होगा , आपको राज हमारे हिसाब से करना होगा"| वहीँ दूसरी और उन्होंने जनता से इस अंग्रेजी सभ्यता के बुराइयों से बचने को कहा और कहा हमारी पारंपरिक सभ्यता ही मानव-कल्याण का  एकमात्र और अंतिम उपाय है |

आधुनिक-शिक्षा पर कटाक्ष करते हुए उन्होंने इसे सिर्फ अक्षर ज्ञान कहा और का यह सिर्फ गुलामी की तरफ ले जाने का साधन है | इसी तरह उन्होंने अंग्रेजी चिकत्सा पद्धति, वकालत, रेल, ब्रिटिश संसद हरेक की निंदा की | और जब में आज के सन्दर्भ में अपनी देश के शिक्षा-व्यवस्था, globlisation , MNCs कंपनियों, विज्ञान के आधुनिक प्रयोग, हमारी संसद की ओर देखता हूँ तो बस यह मुह से निकलता है बापू तुम कितने सही थे |

सबसे बड़ा प्रश्न यह है की बापू के नाम पर गद्दी सभालने वालों ने उनकी सोच का किस-तरह गला घोटा, उस पर उँगलियाँ उठाने के लिए कोई नहीं आया और आज हम उस जगह पहुँच गए जहाँ से अभिमन्यु की तरह निकलने का कई रास्ता नहीं दिखा रहा है |

सबसे पहला प्रश्न यह है की क्या हम स्वराज का मतलब समझते हैं ? क्या हम १९४७ में वाकई में आजाद हुए या सिर्फ वो सत्ता का हस्तांतरण था? हमारा भविष्य क्या है? क्या हम वाकई आजाद हैं अपने निर्णय के लिए? क्या हम सिर्फ एक मशीन बनकर रह गए हैं ? क्या हमारी आने पीढ़ी हमारी इस उदासीनता के लिए हमें क्षमा करेगी ? क्या 'हिंद-स्वराज' हमारे पाठ्यक्रम का हिस्सा नहीं होना चाहिए था? इन सारे प्रश्नों पर विचार जरुरी हैं | और आप सभी से आग्रह करता हूँ की हिंद-स्वराज की इस पुस्तक को स्वंत्रता-दिवस के अवसर पर जरुर पढ़ें और इक नये डगर को बनाने की लिए चले, जो की हमें परंपरा और संस्कृति से जोड़ता है और हमें गर्वान्वित करता है|

मेरी जाति हिंदुस्तानी

नई दिल्ली, 27 जुलाई 2010 | जनगणना में जाति को शामिल करने के विरोध में "सबल भारत" द्वारा संचालित " मेरी जाति हिंदुस्तानी आंदोलन" ने आज एक विशाल मार्च का आयोजन किया| सैकड़ों, छात्र , लेखकों, पत्र्कारों, बुद्घिजीवियों, उद्योगपतियों एवं किसानों ने 13, बाराखंबा रोड से जंतर-मंतर तक मार्च किया| इस मार्च का नेतृत्व आंदोलन के सूत्र्धार डॉ. वेदप्रताप वैदिक ने किया|

                                                 मार्च में भाग लेनेवाले अनेक राष्ट्रीय ख्याति के लोग नारे लगाते जा रहे थे कि "सौ बातों की बात यहीं, जनगणना में जात नहीं", "जनगणना में जात नहीं, भारत को तू बांट नहीं", "भारतमाता की यह बानी, मेरी जाति हिंदुस्तानी" आदि|

                                                 मार्च का समापन जंतर-मंतर पर हुआ| जंतर-मंतर पर एक विराट सभा हुई| सभा में विशेष रूप से भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता, जाने-माने अधिवक्ता तथा राज्यसभा सांसद श्री राम जेठमलानी, पूर्व लोकसभा अध्यक्ष तथा पूर्व राज्यपाल श्री बलराम जाखड़, प्रसिद्घ पत्र्कार टाइम्स आफ इंडिया के पूर्व मुख्य संपादक डॉ. दिलीप पडगांवकर, पूर्व केन्द्रीय मंत्र्ी श्री आरिफ मो. खान, भारत के पूर्व जाइंट चीफ आफ इंटेलिजेंस श्री आर के खंडेलवाल, राजस्थान भाजपा के पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष तथा पूर्व राज्यसभा सांसद श्री महेशचंद्र शर्मा, पूर्व राजदूत श्री जगदीश शर्मा, प्रसिद्घ नृत्यागंना सुश्री उमा शर्मा, प्रसिद्घ समाजसेवी श्रीमती अलका मधोक एवं फिल्म मेकर डॉ. लवलीन थडानी, जैन मुनि डॉ. लोकेशचंद्र, ईसाई नेता श्री फ्रांसिस आदि वक्ताओं ने सभा को संबोधित किया| सभा की अध्यक्षता आंदोलन के सूत्र्धार डॉ. वेदप्रताप वैदिक ने की|

                                         सभा को संबोधित करते हुए वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता तथा भाजपा के सांसद श्री राम जेठमलानी ने कहा कि मैं इस आंदोलन का पुरजोर समर्थन करता हूं तथा इस आंदोलन के लिए मैं अपने रक्त की अंतिम बूँद तक बहाने को  तैयार हूं| हमारे देश को गुलाम बनाए रखने के लिए जाति का आधार ही अंग्रेजों का मुख्य हथियार था| उन्होंने उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि राबर्ट क्लाइव ने ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी को लिखे अपने पत्र् में कहा था कि हम भारत में खुश हैं, हमारी ताकत तथा व्यापार दिन प्रतिदिन मजबूती से बढ़ रहा है, क्योंकि भारत के लोग जाति के नाम पर बंटे हुए हैं|

                                        श्री बलराम जाखड़ ने कहा कि जनतंत्र् में हम सभी को अपनी बात कहने का हक है| भारत की अखंडता एवं एकता की रक्षा हमारा धर्म है| हमें ऐसा कोई कार्य नहीं करना चाहिए जिससे देश बंटे| जनगणना में जाति को शामिल करना देशद्रोह के समान है| यह सबसे बड़ा कुकर्म है| इससे बड़ा बुरा काम कोई और नहीं हो सकता|

                                  जुलूस में भाग ले रहे वरिष्ठ पत्र्कार डॉ. दिलीप पडगांवकर ने कहा कि जातिगत बातें मात्र् वोट बैंक की राजनीति के लिए है| हमारे लिए देश का संविधान सबसे प्रमुख है और गणतंत्र् को बचाने के लिए जातीय जनगणना का विरोध करना आवश्यक है| संविधान में स्पष्ट कहा गया है कि जाति, धर्म के आधार पर कोई भी भेदभाव नहीं होना चाहिए| आंबेडकर का अंतिम भाषण सभी को पढाया जाना चाहिए, जिसमें उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा था कि कोई भी जातीय-भेदभाव नहीं होना चाहिए|

                                  देश के पूर्व राजदूत जगदीश शर्मा ने कहा कि जातीय आधार पर देश को बांटने की कोशिश भारत को सारी दुनिया में बदनाम कर देगी| भारत की सेना इसीलिए महान मानी जाती है कि उसका आधार जाति नहीं, राष्ट्र है|

                                  भारत के पूर्व जाइंट चीफ आफ इंटेलिजेंस आर. के. खंडेलवाल ने कहा कि देश को जोड़ने के लिए गांधीजी ने हिन्दु-मुस्लिम एकता का काम किया था| आज हम जातिगत बंटवारा कर के देश को कहां ले जा रहे है ?

                                       पूर्व केन्द्रीय मंत्री श्री आरिफ मो. खान ने कहा कि जातीय गणना बिल्कुल अवैज्ञानिक है| इसके आधार पर गरीबों का नहीं, कुछ जातियों की मलाईदार परतों का ही भला हो सकता है|

                              रैली को संबोधित करते हुए जैन मुनि लोकेशजी ने कहा कि जाति से बड़ा हमारा राष्ट्र है| यदि राष्ट्र एक और अख्ंाड रहा तो हम रहेंगे, वर्ना हम ही कहां रह पाएंगे| दलित ईसाई नेता फ्रांसिस ने कहा कि जाति एक घातक बीमारी है| हम सब एक हैं| जातिगत आधार पर कोई भेदभव नहीं होना चाहिए|

                              इस मौके पर प्रसिद्घ कलाकार उमा शर्मा, समाजिक कार्यकर्ता श्रीमती अलका मधोक और श्रीमती लवलीन थडानी ने भी कार्यकर्ताओं को संबोधित किया| कार्यक्रम का संचालन आंदोलन के सूत्र्धार डॉ. वेदप्रताप वैदिक ने किया| श्री अशोक कावडि़या ने मुख्य अतिथियों और जुलूस में भाग लेनेवाले साथियों को धन्यवाद दिया|

मेरी जाति हिन्दुस्तानी

विगत लोकसभा सत्र के अंतिम दिनों में तीन क्षेत्रियों दलों के अध्यक्षों ने होनेवाली जनगणना  जातिगत  आधार पर करवाने के लिए सरकार पर दबाब डाला, जो की निसंदेह आरक्षण की भांति  महज  एक  राजनितिक   स्वार्थ-पूर्ति  का  हथकंडा  था | पर ताजुब्ब  की बात  यह  थी  की हमारे  माननीय  प्रधानमंत्री जी जो एक बेहद संजीदा और बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति हैं, वो इस दबाब में बेवजह आ गए और इस प्रस्ताव के लिए सर्वसम्मति दे दी | वर्तमान में प्रस्ताव मंत्री-समूह के अधीन है |

जाति हमारे समाज की वास्तविकता है लेकिन यह भी सच है की जाति और धर्म के नाम पर  की गयी और होने वाली राजनीति ने हमें कहाँ ले जाने वाला है इससे हम सभी अवगत हैं | और हमारे लोकतंत्र की सबसे बड़ी समस्या यह है की जहाँ एक ओर सरकार बहरी है वहीँ दूसरी ओर जनता भी उदासीन है | सिर्फ इसी प्रश्न  पर नहीं बल्कि हरेक प्रश्न पर यही हाल है, जो यह दर्शाता है की हम वास्तव में वास्तविक लोकतंत्र  से कितने दूर हैं |

सबसे बड़ी बात राष्ट्रीय एकता का सबसे मजबूत स्तंभ, भारतीय सेना, जो पहले जाति गत आधार पर बटालियन का निर्माण करता था, वह विगत ३५ वर्षों से मिश्रित बटालियन का निर्माण कर रहा है और इसका अच्छा प्रभाव देखने को मिला |

दूसरी और एक ग्रामीण का यह कहना जाति का गणित, ग्रामीण विकास की राह में एक बहुत बड़ा रोड़ा है, हमारी आँखे खोल देने के लिए काफी है | साथ ही इस जाति-प्रथा की वजह से हिन्दू धर्म को छोड़कर  बोद्ध और ईसाई धर्म  को अपनाने वाले लोगों के सामने भी यह एक बड़ा ही प्रश्न-चिन्ह खड़ा हो गया, जिसका जबाब सरकार के पास नहीं है | इसके अलावे विजातीय शादी करने वाले दम्पति भी अवाक् हैं |

समस्याए अनन्त हैं और शायद यह प्रस्ताव फिर से मंडल का भूत ना खड़ा कर दे और हमारे विकास रथ को पता नहीं किस दिशा में मोड़ दे | अतः जरुरी  है की एक जिम्मेदार नागरिक की भांति हम सरकार की इस अदूरदर्शी-निर्णय का विरोध करें |

Risk

I am finding these lines in a book from Library and very true all about Risk.

RISKS

To laugh is to risk appearing the fool.

To weep is to risk appearing sentimental.

To reach out for another is to risk involvement.

To expose feelings is to risk exposing your true self.

To place your ideas, your dreams, before a crowd is to risk their loss.

To love is to risk not being loved in return.

To live is to risk dying.

To hope is to risk despair.

To try is to risk failure.

But risks must be taken, because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.

The Person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing and is nothing.

They may avoid Suffering and sorrow, but they cannot learn, feel, change, grow, love or live.

Chained by their attitudes, they are slaves.

They have forfeited their freedom.

Only a Person who risks is free.

The cost of Truth

If anybody asks me that which work is most liked by you, done by this UPA Government. I tell them about the "Right To Information Act". Because in first times in our democracy it is happened that public got a right to get information about work of public servants. But obvious this Act is not passed in the way in which it must be passed but my dear friends we really got a big right.

But what embrassing me that very fiew people go for this right,  normally they are journalist, lawyers, NGOs or a social activitist. Where is the general educated public, who oftens complaining government and administration ? Offcourse It is not the way in which democracy fruitfulls. We  must use this right for changing system rather than just talking and complaining.

Recently two RTI activist Dattatray Patil (Mumbai) and Satish Shetty (Pune) had killed. It hurts me, but actually i know it will be happened because in every country and time for truth lives are sacrificed. But Actually what hearts me is that there is not a deserving reaction from Media to government  for protesting this. It is not the only issue of one state but the issue of our country which national symbol is "Satymev Jayate".

I just want to say to RTI Activitists, don't lose heart and go ahead, Don't afraid to death beacause who afraid they died each moment and you only once time. Our country is surely going in a revolution one day but for that day like every revolution we need sacrificed.

In last i am just want to say general public these lives are sacrificed for you. Now it is your turn. English government was quit because there was more people than bullet who are ready to sacrificed. They didn't afraid, they didn't give excuses and they do just protest and nothing. It is the result of that sacrifices that we become free but now it is your turn for realising that  is we really free !

I have experiencing many incidients when my complains bring changing but surely that is time consuming. So go ahead take the responsibility of complain about your problems, communicate to your representatives and just tell them we are not happy with you. In election time dare for contesting election and offcourse use the right of voting and use Right to Information.

If you don't do this and becomes happy we are fool because you all are really not a happy people. You all are crushed with deseases, accidents, mishaps. You are robbed in day because of your little heart. You are victim of system and enforced for bribery because you have not patience and willingess to protest.

Now we all have two types of death, first like a death of Dattatray Patil  & Satish Shetty and other is in above para.
"Just Dare to Die if you didn't want to die daily".

Let us imagine

Hi all dear.

In this summer we feel too hot. Not due to the high temperature but also due to the high inflation, volatile stock exchange, Naxals movement, corruption in Defense and Intelligence agencies, culprit ministries, IPL extravanges, Failure of Indian Men Cricket Team, Continuing Crown-holder by V. Ananda in chess, Jharkhand Drama etc. All happens in these few days and few months.

Today I want to give my opinion on all these issues, which may be or not may be of yours.

I feel a bottelneck situation in India, which must need a revolution for breaking it.

I think it is not enough to unough to understand. So let me explain further. First we all talk about the high inflation and looking from Mr. PM and Mr. FM for some magic.

Today we play a game of imagination.
First we noted all your problems which you feel  and see in your community, society, state and country.

In capital all is worried about there pocket but for a moment you imagine the people who living at the bottom of the Pyramid. Just for a moment you are on that situation ...............................................   imagine dear................................. again dear You are not doing imagination properly so please again.............................................................................................. what you feel .......................................  Oh you fail to imagine.

For your convenience you imagine yourself like a people who unable to transfer there expected cost of living on another body. That means you have no negotiating power.

Again I twisting your scenerio in following situation.
(A) You are Single.
(B) You are Family Man.
(C) You are uneducated.
(D) You are educated but You are honest.
(E) You have the option of weapon.

You have the option of imagining yourself in the situation with one or more condition. You noted down your feeling and option of serviving yourself.




ok Now you feel you are Mr. Wealthy Business or a Burocrats, or a professional or a middle class man etc., How you feel this inflation.................................Again Imagine if you are on that level or not but must noted again your feeling.

Do it man, if you think some thing is wrong and need to be rectify in yourself.


ok well done.

Compare the both situation.

Tell me have you got the all the reasons of all the problems you feel in your community, society or country. If you find then please dear dare to incorporate those thing in yourself because the time is changing yourself and form a better society.

Last Day of Exam

Oh, after a small nap, i am coming again for writing here.

The fact behind this break is my CA Final Exam for II group (New Course), which last on 17th May.
You ask - How goes my exam ?

Like Indian team opening pair i got a disaster start. I am very confident for my costing paper but what happened i just able to do question for only 62 marks including theory, however interesting is i know very well the whole paper, but it is too lengthy to complete. I am totally unsatisfied for the quality of paper for new course. There is no decision making question, just clerical question who only completed by fast writing without too much thinking. It is radiculas, how can a student in articleship got a so much time for doing too much practice. However the costing paper for old course is totally based on concept and contained very qualitative instead of just quantitative.

Now i have no option for open my all gun for next exam. For taking good score i am taking some selective approach which sinks me in great trouble. It is very unfortunate me a 35 marks question is coming from unselective portion. Like Indian team i am again loose my second match in a sequence.

Oh....... now what ? I have no more heart for study for another exams. But it is battle field, so as a true warrior i am prepared myself for another exams, but the fact is i just study from half hearted.

Direct Tax exam is go in a good way and Indirect tax exam always follow some respective path. Like Indian Bottom line up i finished a respective score but very unsecure for victory. Now wait for the judgement day.

However after exam i am coming in very relaxed way and also help two old citizen in helping them for their destination. In evening a small snake is found in our residence and i have the decision for its life and finally after a very long dilemma we took decision for saved snake life.

This day tempreture is passing 45 degree and in that night i slept without fan in very easy way due to long journey of my exam.

So such it was really a very interesting day for remember.

I am appreciating your decision for communicating with your public by this mediam.
I also appreciate your way of thinking and implementing this particular programme. Moreover it increases the girl education, which must be needed for our state, which coming results is gave fruits in near future.
You are like a sun's first ray after a long dark night but the million dollar question is how much you go forward? How much you blocks and reduces the corruption in your government, which i didn't feel anyway ?
The problem of poverty, less of opportunity for employment, Rangdari, Redtapasim, Naxalites is not very different than other government.
We feel a better home but its is just due to no-work done by the previous govt.
Moreover majority of public not agree with any reservation on the basis of other than economic backwardness.
You are good but what about the other MLAs and MPs of your Party and NDA?
I am surprised to see that there is no and less democracy in all the political parties (except left to the some extent) for contesting candidates for Assembly or parliament election.
People are voted to your candidates just due to your brand not their personal work and many of them are done nothing for their area. What are the steps taken by you to find like these persons. There is the time to choose candidates, who are choosing on the basis of their skill and desireness of service, who represent poor rather than cast.
In last i am not criticise you but remember you the acceptance on which basis people voting for you.
May God give you the power, strength and vision for fulfilling our acceptances.

 Comment on    राज्‍य में अपराध नियंत्रण एक बड़ी चुनौती थी

I am appreciate you for taking step towards this area, because for development it must be needed. But it is not done to that extent as you explain, although a very good beginning done by you.




The first thing what i am think that merely your thinking is not enough at all but all MLA, MP, officers must show their courage.

In Bihar criminals are mainly two types - first small criminals which come in this line due to their week background and inefficiency of previous govt. to ensure an efficient law&order situation. This type of criminals are victim of police officers for their greediness. One day i shaw on TV, a pick-pocketor was forced to running on roads binding with rope, which attached with bikes. It is just cruility. Our jail gives them the environment and causes which produces them as bigger criminal. So when you think a criminal free state then must be need a jail which make them civilized again. I don't want to say but actually No government and officers except Mrs. Kiran Bedi thoughts about it.

Second thing, i noted that big criminal made heaven Bihar yet in your regime also, although your government taking big steps to slash down and got succeed to catch them. But then condition is not so changes as per out acceptances why ?

Actually the main problem is the finance, All the big money contracts related to rail, road, wines, coal etc. are who operating, none other than these people. Due to this finance they use administration in his favour. They are able to hire good lawyers (who know the loopholes in our law) for saving themselves for going behind bars. How can one fight against these peoples owned by big finance and big arms ? This can only done by state who eager to go against this at any cost. Further there must be need to Amend in IPC or making new law for harder provision for crimes in terms of imprisonment with heavy fines according the states of criminal and crime.

So first there is need to be making and implementing the good planning on finance inflow to these people with a sound administration and a better Jail System. All the work is done only when society and state taken the responsibility towards this area because all the people comes from our not from outside, so there must some revolution around society.

I know i am always criticize you but didn't take otherwise, because i am straightforward just want to say you a lots of work is left, so there is no time of relief just go for Action with in your practically limitations.

What i am liked in the movie " Three Idiots'' and "My Name is Khan"

I have a unique habit of watching movie with aloneness. I don't like any interfare while i watching movies or taking class.

Recently I watched both abovesaid superhit movies and what i most liked in this. The scene of teaching lesson of similarity in religion and differences in humon-being by mother of khan through the way of Cartoon, is the best part of movie in my opinion. Ah..... if this type of teaching skills are used by our primary teachers, then many changes would brought in society, which we want.

Same the concept of  study for learning not for mere degree is showing intelligently by director in the movie "Three Idiots" by drafting the unique story of Rancho.

I hope in future these type of creatives comes always in Bollywood.

चिंतन : नये साल पर

चिंतन : नये साल पर 

ठीक बारह बजे,

सोचने को मैं मजबूर हुआ |

कहने को अलविदा गत-वर्ष,
और स्वागतम नव-वर्ष |


हर बार कुछ बंधती आशाएँ नये साल से,
सोचते हैं, इसबार सब अच्छा ही  होगा |
गत वर्ष की कठोर यादों को
भूल जाते नव-वर्ष के कोमल स्वप्नों मैं |


फिर वह नव-वर्ष भी खो जाता,
गत वर्ष बन अतीत के पन्नों मैं |
और, एक नव वर्षा पुनः आता,
वाही आशाएँ, वही सपने लेकर |


हम हर बार सपने बुनते
और हर बार उसे टूटते देखते |

शायद सच यही है की

सपने अपने नहीं होते |

पर, क्या हम गलत हैं ?                            
आशा का दीपक ही,
हमें जीवन जीने  देता |
बगैर इसके कैसे जी सकते हम ?

हाँ, हम सही हैं |
पर, गलत भी हैं,
हम सपने बुनते,
उसे संभव नहीं करते |

इतिहास तो लिखते रहे,
पर सबक लिया क्या उससे |
भविष्य और अतीत मैं खोकर
बर्बाद करते वर्तमान को |

हमें आगे तो बढ़ना चाहिए,                   
पर, सावधान भी होना चाहिए
क्या हमारी राहें सही है ?
क्या हम भटके तो नहीं हैं ?

सोचकर दर्द हुआ दिल को,
काश ! शुरू से जी सतर्क रहते,
तो ऐसी स्थिति नहीं आती,
और हम नहीं पछताते |

अभी भी क्या कुछ बिगड़ा है |
बहुत कुछ करना है अभी |
बहुत कुछ सीखना है हमें |
व मंजिल को पाके रहना है |

सामना करना है पर्वतों से,                       
निरंतर विशाल होते बादलों से,
घने-से-घने कोहरों से,
निराशा के अथाह समंदर से |

वज्रपात करेंगे पर्वतों पर,
पवन बन बादलों को हटाएगें ,

सूर्य बन कोहरों को भगा देंगे,

धैर्य से पर करेंगे निराशा को |

पूर्वजों की आन बनाये रखना है |                          
सर हिमालय का उठाये रखना है |
गंगाजल को पवित्र बनाए रखना है |
भारत भूमि को अखंड बनाए रखना है |

देखो ! कह रहा है यह नया साल,
सुनों ! समय की यह आवाज,
आहा ! बसंत  की पलके खुल रही है |
समेटो | ज्ञान का कपट खुल रहा है |
